Weather location

I live in Srinagar which is a city in Jammu & kashmir ,India. In Notification Center my weather application always shows me weather of the country capital which is New Delhi & it is 700kms away from my city .To know weather of my city I have to go the weather application itself . Also it does not show me weather of other cities(towns) in my state, I mean the search result doesn’t bring anything, whenever I search for these places. Also there is something wrong with sunrise sunset time of my , that it shows to me. Plz help.
