no network adapters on windows 10

I finally got windows 10 to work on my computer without boot camp i used this method instead https://fgimian.github.io/blog/2016/03/12/installing-windows-10-on-a-mac-without-bootcamp/ anyways i followed the directions and got it to work, however i can't connect to the internet because i "don't have any network drivers properly installed". I am using a Macbook Pro Mid 2015, does anyone know how to install a driver on windows 10?
