I have a ton of music loaded into itunes, and I can't see to access it simply because I don't have an apple product to sign into itunes on. Is there a way to bypass the OS X requirement and use windows to access my music?

Sorry, not clear on what you are referring to. If your library on the PC is in iTunes, then you would just sign in with your Apple ID to access the music. Why do you think an Apple product is needed?
