I have the game Fortnite on my phone and I can’t hear my other players when I have my headphones. I tried turning on voice chat on, deleting the app and reinstalling it but nothing works. How can I get the voice chat to work?

I did but I have deleted it since it's pay (money) to win kind of game.
Anyway, as KiltedTim said it's irrelevant, you should contact the developer, it's their code not Apple.
Fortnite is not an Apple product, best you ask the app developer.
I did and they told me to contact apple.
Apple has nothing to do with Fortnite, so they're making you go away by telling you to contact Apple.
It's up to you whether you want to support the game.
