Apple Jobs/Roles (Genius/Technical Specialist)

Hello,

I have just finished High School and back in year 10/11 I have always wanted to work at Apple as a Genius or Technical Specialist. I am interested to work at Apple while I am in University, however, would I need great knowledge and experience with Apple softwares/products before applying? What is the process like for applying to become a Genius or Technical Specialist?

If you have any guidelines or tips for me I would really appreciate it.
