Past threads went unresolved; this issue persists: Voice rec' only reschedules existing reminder, using "new" or "create" or "set reminder to/for..." all fail to generate a new entry. This has begun failing in the lst six months - rendering Siri useless for setting reminders

Works fine for me. Do you actually see Siri do it? And can’t fine the reminder? What have you set as a Default list for the new reminders to be saved

Thanks ckuan - but unfortunately that does not help; ...dozens of resets (not restores...that would not be worth the effort), and the problem persists.
Sorry read that 5 times. And doesn’t make sense. What are trying to to do? Amend old reminder or create a new one?
