How refund VAT (Tax Free) without intermediaries such as "Global Blue"?

I plan to purchase some products at the Apple Store during my short stay in Switzerland soon. However, I would like to return the VAT paid on the purchase, because I am not a tax resident in Switzerland. How can I get a refund of the FULL AMOUNT of VAT, without deduction of any fees that typically occur when you make a refund with intermediaries such as Global blue? I heard that it is possible to get a VAT refund directly from Apple. Is it true? How can I do that?
