I have attempted to add an alias to my appleID account. A message pops up that a verification code has been sent to my main icloud email address, but it is never received. I have attempted this at least 3 times.

Thanks Eric. I have no problem signing into my AppleID and, in fact, I do receive a verification code via SMS whenever I sign in. The issue I have is somewhat different: it arises when I attempt to add an alias email address, and some type of confirmation code is apparently emailed to the primary iCloud address... but it is this confirmation code that I am not receiving.
