App Store 500 error

My App Store doesn't install any software. I have latest Mac Os Mojave 10.14.3

However, Seems like I cannot sign in in App Store. When trying to install and prompted to sign in, I receive 500 error (com.apple.commerce.client). There is no info in google about it. My Apple ID works in other places. ITunes, here on this web site, etc. I also checked with other Apple ID I have (one for work and one for personal), both do not work in App Store on this very Mac Book Pro.

MacBook Pro 15”, 10.14

Do a backup, preferably 2 backups on 2 separate drives.

Quit the application.

Go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J.  When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder.  Select Library. Then go to Preferences/com.apple.appstore.plist and com.apple.appstore.commerce.plist.  Move the .plists to your desktop.

Restart the computer, open the application, and test. If it works okay, delete the plists from the desktop.

If the application is the same, return the .plists to where you got it from, overwriting the newer one.
