I have horizontal lines at the bottom on my screen. I can lightly see the time, battery amount and signal strength also flashing.
I had my phone in my pocket when it was below zero, and ever since then it’s had the lines flashing. Anyone have a solution?

Ok it possibly damaged and will need a screen replacement. But you need to have it looked at Apple Store for them to examine. Do you have Apple care?

No sorry. You need to take to an Apple Store as it is a hardware issue. No about of software will fix it. Mind you it might disappear on it’s own.

I have a hard time believing that people in colder regions are discouraged or are less apt to buy Apple products.
