After updating my iPhone SE to 10.1.4, I can no longer update apps on my phone. I can still download new apps, just can't update existing apps.

Can not update existing apps on iPhone SE after updating to 12.1.4. When starting to do an update, I get the usual request for Apple ID password. After entering my password I get an "Apple ID Verification" requiring me to go to Settings where I'm taken to a widow telling me "Apple ID Locked" and to unlock account. As soon as I start procedure I'm told "Cannot Verify Identity" Your session has timed out. Pressing OK starts a password reset for my Apple ID. After resetting password, trying to update results in the same sequence of events starting all over again.

The end result is I can never update an app.

iPhone SE, 12
