Chinese Handwriting keyboard missing in the option

Hi,

i have two iPhone - one being 6 and the other being 6s. For the 6s, I have been trying to add a new keyboard on my phone due to a need of the business nature, but have so far not succeeded. The ‘Chinese traditional (simplified, too) handwriting’ keyboard is what I am looking to add on my phone. And it is missing in the option as I swept through the whole list and couldn’t find it. Just not there. I set language in English as preferred and I am not sure if this has anything to do with the frustration I am having adding the new keyboard.

On the other hand, this issue doesn’t exist on my other iPhone, that’s a 6.
