Can't renew apple music subscription

My subscription expired and I'm trying to renew it. It only gives me the option to get a student plan or a family plan and I want neither of those. I tried doing it through the app, itunes subscriptions, and the desktop itunes app and nothing is working. How do I fix this issue.
