My business email goes through mail. We have brrn moved to a new server, so I need to back it up and restore it after the transition. I am traveling, so I don’t have a back up device to use, is there another way to do this?

If you were using an Exchange server, you can't back up the email from your phone. It is owned by the server. Talk to your IT department.
One quick question before I try. Should the regular back up not do that? I know it hasn’t, but I thought it would be in the cloud fm regular back ups.

Go to Settings > your-name-Apple-ID > iCloud and under "APPS USING ICLOUD" verify that Mail is turned on.
Then do an iCloud backup: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Then afterwards perform an iCloud restore: iCloud: Restore or set up your iOS device from iCloud
Note: if you have a large number of emails it could fill up your iCloud space. If so, see this: Buy more iCloud storage
