Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

E-mails from Apple (Itunes purchases, subscription, Apple product news etc) not received on my Apple-ID address.

I have an @icloud.com address as my primary Apple-ID and using two additional iCloud.com aliases as my day to day e-mail addresses.


Invoices and receipts as well as subscribing to "Messages from Apple" which can be opt-in from the Apple-ID account page used to be received at the primary Apple-ID e-mail address but since several months back I don't receive them anymore.


If I go into iTunes and check my account for purchases I can see them there and also order a receipt to be sent again. I then get a confirmation window saying it was sent successfully to my Apple-ID address but nothing is ever received. See confirmation in attached image.


To sum up, it seems something is wrong with the Apple-ID primary address although I can receive mails sent to that address from other iCloud.com addresses or from other externa domains. It is only the e-mails that should come from Apple that from some reason seems to disappear.


And no, they are not showing up in the spam folder either.


Anyone seen anything similar?

Do you receive other emails sent to the address you are using for your main Apple ID? If you send yourself a test email to that address, do you receive it? Have you checked Mail//Preferences/Rules to make sure there isn't a rule affecting emails from Apple? Also check iCloud.com/Mail for a rule. If everything seems to be working except emails from Apple and there isn't a rule causing the problem, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
