backup problem_ios 8_iphone 6plus

"itunes could not backup to the iphone because an error occured while reading from or writing to the iphone"

this message appears while i try to backup my iphone ...

anyone can help?

Start here:

If your iTunes backup couldn't be completed or you can't restore from a backup - Apple Support
