For some reason the "send" button has suddenly disappeared on compose, forward, and reply on my email. I've tried going into 'view' and then 'customize toolbar', but the paper airplane send button is not there either. Any ideas?
Have you tried starting a new email (command - N) and then going to Mail/View/Customize Toolbar? You get a different set of Toolbar options with a new email open.
