I can’t redownload more than 250ish songs on Apple Music after turning on and off iCloud or logging in and out

So i’ve Read a lot of articles about people not being able to download music and so far the thing that’s worked was turning iCloud on and off but after trying to redownload my 300+ song playlist it only downloaded about 250 songs and then stopped. Now I can’t download any songs as when I press the download button the icon starts spinning and either stops or turns into the square loading icon but doesn’t load anything. It’s not a space issue on my phone and I have tried turning it on and off, exiting the app, and logging in and out of Apple Music. (The logging in and out had the same effects as turning iCloud on and off)

So I got help with this and what worked for me was resetting the network settings.

Just go to settings -> General -> Reset, and then reset network settings

you’ll have to reconnect to all the Bluetooth stuff and wifi networks but it’s worth a shot

I’d Like to thank Virginia from Apple support for her help in this issue
