I deleted my photos from device

They would be in the Recently Deleted album for 30 days. Open the Photos app, tap "Albums" and then scroll all of the way to the bottom to "Recently Deleted."

The only other option I can think of would be that if they were on a Mac (or synced to a Mac via iCloud Photos) and you have a backup of that Mac from a time when they were on it. If not, they are gone and I know of no way to recover them.
