Group FaceTime isn’t working even after the 12.1.4 update

Well, since we know nothing about the symptoms- What has succeeded, what has failed, etc. -
If you can't make a FaceTime call on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
A lot of other people that i know have been experiencing this problem where they can’t add people to the FaceTime
