Phishing email - clicked link/pdf

Hello,

I believe I received a phishing email on my iphone that contained a pdf file. Before I realised that it was probably a phishing email I downloaded/opened the pdf.

what do I do now other than reporting it? Does this mean that my iphone is hacked (and other devices that use the same account be might hacked too?)

How can I tell if I have been hacked or not, aside from things like: sudden changes overall: deleted apps, images, purchased items, running apps in the bg that I didnt open, lower battery, etc...?

Thank you in advance!

Clicking a PDF will have no adverse effect on your phone. Such messages are designed to trick the user into replying and providing their personal and financial information.
