Open your mailbox. Tap Edit. Tap the circle next to a message you feel is spam. Tap Mark on bottom left corner. Move to Junk.
Future message you get from that sender should go to spam if they send mail again.
On your home computer, you can see how to block email from specific email addresses. Each mail agent has their own process for doing that.
