So I’ve recently moved from UK to Australia on a working holiday visa and I want to change the billing country of my Apple payment but it won’t let me change it from United Kingdom to Australia and won’t accept payment through my Australian MasterCard so I can’t use Apple Music, Apps or Extra Storage plan, what do I do?

You need a zero account balance, you need to cancel all your subscriptions, you need a credit card issued by a bank in the country the store is in, and you need a billing address in that country. If you have an account balance, either buy something more expensive and pay the balance with a credit card or contact iTunes Support and ask them to zero balance your account.
