Safari... why?

I love safari but my problem is this, when I open safari the web page loads no problem. However when I perform multiple internet searches (normally 3 or more) or a page advancement, safari will not load! It stops completely. This may be a strange problem but it has been going on now for about 2 weeks! It Is important to note that:

  • The internet connection is established and strong
  • Im using Mojave on a 2017 MBP
  • I have cleared the cache, search history, and website data.

The only solution to this is by actually restarting the computer and opening safari again, only to have the same problem persist 4 searches after. Does anyone know what is going on?? Or any ideas?
