It looks like Apple Calculator lost it's font or something. I only get Question Marks. I have not updated my MacBook Pro recently, but it's up to date. I use it everyday, so no idea what happened. How can I reset it?

Try going to Applications > Font Book and doing File > Restore Standard Fonts and restarting.
