Siri disappeared after IOS upgrade to IOS 12.1.4
iPad upgraded to IOS 12.1.4 and Siri has disappeared. How do I fix this?

Thank you, King Penquin. I've checked the path that you described and all is in order. However, when I hold down the "home" button, Siri tries to appear but does so for less than a second, beeps and disappears. So then I rebooted and all is resolved!
