My debit card
Every time I verify my information for a update or installations my debit card continues to say invalid and I want to know how to fix this problem so I could update and install freely

Either try a different card (preferably a credit card, they are more likely to work than debit cards) or see if you get the 'none' option : Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support
For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you are (and therefore the country which is on your iTunes account).
