Appeals to the deity won't help. iOS will not run on a Windows phone, or even an Android.
It's no different than Android OS won't run on an iPhone. Why so upset? Most proprietary products won't run on another company's products.

I would note that you can continue to use the phone even after Microsoft discontinues technical support. They just won't help you if you run into any problems.
