Connections to the server “p23-imap.mail.me.com” on the default ports timed out.

I keep getting this message on my Mail app (10.14.3): "Connections to the server “p23-imap.mail.me.com” on the default ports timed out."

I have already done the following:

Remove / Re-add iCloud mail
Check Connection doctor

Any suggestions how to fix?

MacBook Pro 13", 10.14
