Connect Sony DSR - 25 to MacBook Pro 2016

I have a Sony DSR - 25 dual tape machine that uses either Mini DV or DVCAM tapes. This tape machine has a DV 4 pin connector. My MacBook Pro 2016 (OS 10.14.3) has Thunderbolt 3 ports so what hardware can i use to connect them so they communicate and I can capture video with FCP on the computer?
