Hi Kurt; the Adobe Suite CS6 is working fine in general, but there are 2 issues I encounter very frequently

When searching online I get the apple beach ball more frequently that ever before is like Safari is looking for the correct information and stays there for longer than ever.

The second issue is Acrobat Pro Version: 10.1.16 (10.1.16) every time I try to use it it crashes and if at some point I manage to open it , it works for less than a minute and crashes

Thanks Kurt this is very enlightening.

one last thing, “the help” comment is not about help as you asume it is any search in Safari, like a script is running behind of something is processing in the back.

I find myself forcing the app to stop to be able to continue and most of the time forgetting about the info that I was requesting.

I forgot to mention that as good practice I had my computer at the Apple store just a week ago to be fully clean and avoid any unfinished apps of ends and now everything I do is force exit 😩

thanks again

I am going back to the Apple store a see if they find out what is going on.

We had Photoshop CS6 working without issue in Mojave, but that was the only app of the Master Suite we installed. It has since been uninstalled and replaced with PS CC 2019.

The help search (I presume that's what you mean) may be hanging because Adobe may have removed those online help pages. Or, they changed the URLs and the CS6 apps can't find them as they're looking for them in the original locations.

I don't have a suggestion for Acrobat Pro, other than that app in particular has always been very fussy about the OS it's running under. If the OS is even just one level newer than Adobe notes it's supported for, you can pretty much expect it to hiccup.
