I lost my Iphone and the battery is dead. . Any Ideas

I lost my Iphone in my house or on my property a couple of months ago and can not locate it now. During a recent remodel at my house I must have packed it in with some things and stored it away. I have not been able to find it for two months. I have tried Find my Iphone but it doesn't work because my device is offline right now and I am sure the battery has been dead for a couple of months. The thing is I have not moved anything for a couple months so if I just knew the last known location I could find it.

iPhone 6, 10

The last location is only recorded if you enabled this feature before it was lost. And it isn't kept forever. If you go to https://icloud.com/find and it isn't showing then that time is long past. Or you didn't turn it on in the first place.

Besides, if it is lost in your house all it would tell you is that it's in your house.

Not sure what exactly your asking here.

You state you lost it, then you stated during a remodel you packed it away.... and now you can't find it again after 2 months. I assume you've unpacked everything to look for it.

Find my iphone is useless with a dead battery.
