How do I search for acronyms in Pages

I am writing a paper and I want to provide a glossary at the end. Providing this is not an option... it is de rigeur for documents of this type. One can do it Word using regular expressions. Can it be done in Pages?

A nice, quick, simple answer, thank you. I can run with this for now but wouldn't it be an easy enhancement to Pages to allow regex searching? I know its cryptic and beyond most people's requirements but regex is part of the bowels of Unix and would not be difficult to implement.

If Apple is reading this, then may I suggest allowing regex searching as an enhancement request. So easy to do!

This is a fellow user supported community. Apple leadership and product teams neither read nor participate here. You certainly can provide feedback to the Pages product team from the application's menu.

I cannot comment on the facility of adding regex capability to Pages as that would be speculation about Apple's business and product planning that are not available to us. No Apple authored, Carbon or Cocoa applications to my knowledge have ever incorporated regex capability, and they prefer to abstract the UNIX heritage from the macOS user's default view.
