Apps don't appear when performing "spotlight" search
I recently had to do a Restore on my iPhone 6 running iOS 12.1.4. Now, Apps don't appear when I perform a "spotlight" search. Any suggestions?

Try this first.
- Go to Settings: General: Language
- Change your Language to English (UK)
- Force close the Settings app
- Go to Settings: General: Language again
- Change your Language back to English (US).
If this does not work then try this.
- You may need to reset your location and privacy settings.
This can be done by going to your Settings > General > Reset > and then Reset Location and Privacy.
- If these did not work you might need to reset,
Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings.
What this effectively does is to reset some of your Settings to factory default. It’s not a complete removal of settings. It removes all of your preferences for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Do No Disturb, Notifications, General, Sounds, Brightness & Wallpaper and Privacy.
