My Ipad 6th Generation home button clicks twice

I have a fairly new Ipad 6th generation and the home button clicks twice for some reason. When i press the home button, it makes two clicks. It is still functional however but this does bother me and concerns me. Is there anything that can be done about this?

Schedule an appointment with your Apple Store Genius Bar and show it to them. Before getting my current iPad Pro 11 3rd Gen, I had an iPad 5th Gen which did the same and they replaced it when I took it to them. Make sure you backup before you go in case they replace yours.
