How can I get a refund
I need to get a refund on something I was charged for and I need to find out why I Can’t download anything in my App Store Anymore

Contact iTunes Support for the download problem. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
