ever since i changed plans on Apple Music some of the music i used to have keeps on saying item not available

It is possible that an artist or their representative has withdrawn certain content from Apple Music, for all or for selected regions, temporarily or permanently.
It is possible that some tracks have been updated as a new item by the music supplier. This could mean a minor change (e.g. meta data or lyrics), but it would mean you would have to add those tracks again. Search for the track to try to find it again.
Some of the grayed out songs in your screenshot are in my search results, and do play.
