Final Cut Pro X Setting New Anchor Point In Cropped Image

I have cropped an image and need to reset the anchor point to the middle of the cropped image. How do I move the anchor point?

How to add long rectangular picture in picture When I add a picture it's always square. I want to insert a long rectangular picture. It just cuts off the bottom. Adjust image size just makes the square bigger, it doesn't add back the bottom that is cut off.

Why can't I crop out the address at the top of my screenshot? I've been taking a lot of screenshots lately, cropping out the unnecessary stuff, and using what's left. Today I tried this and got the image I wanted, but with the preview tools, "Screenshot 22-02-24" etc. still in the image. I've tried this with several images and it's always the same. I can reduce some of the image content, but still get that bar at the top. Any ideas? Thanks!

In the inspector panel on the right, you can move the anchor point by changing the X and Y position of the anchor. It's the last thing in the Transform section of the Inspector panel. Be sure to click "Show" on the right side of the Transform section header if you haven't. Best to do this on all the sections to see all your options.
