You can use 3d touch to get some options, but NOT to access settings for the camera. Sorry.

Maybe if you defined what you mean by that... There is nothing called a "peek menu".
OK. I understand now. Don't know why I can't recall it being called that.
I recall it did work on my 7 Plus, but I rarely used it. It doesn't work on the Xr, but the Xr doesn't have 3D touch. I'll have to try and lay hands on an Xs to see if it still works these days.
