How can I determine what a suspicious charge was in my purchase history more than 90 days ago?

You can view purchase history further back than 90 days in iTunes (change the selection at the upper left of the screen in the iTunes purchase history page). The following has information on how to access purchase history in iTunes and has other information that may help as well. If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
