can not get a refund

Dear, supporting team

i have installed app calledAncientAlways

by mistake i did premium account, and 18 999KZT was debited from my bank account

i only entered this app, still haven't use

when i tried a request for refund there was a massage "We've determined that your purchase does not meet the conditions for a refund."

i still cant get why i can't refund my money, for mistaken purchase that i needn't

the number of purchase is MKZT98NJHM, in case if it helps you
