I understand from your post that you would like to know what the arrow pointing to the right is at the top of your Apple Watch face. That icon could be referring to the Maps app. Check and see if the Maps app is open on your iPhone. If so, and you are not using it you can close it. Once closed the icon should no longer show up on your Apple Watch. The following article will provide you with steps on how to close apps on your iPhone which should then close the app on your Apple Watch as well:
