mission control lost on mac os mojave 10.14.3

I restarted my computer because of my software update then my computer has stoped letting me use mission control. I tried control + up and down but does not work at all. I also can't expose my app. Can any one help me please?

Check System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts and make sure "control + up" is enabled. "control + down shows App windows.
