How to make Preview the default pdf viewer over Adobe

I've looked in Preferences and cannot find where to designate Preview as my default pdf viewer over Adobe in Mojave 10.14.3

MacBook Pro 13", 10.14

Select a PDF, press "Command + I". Change "Open with:" to Preview, click the "Change All…" button.

In the Finder (not within Acrobat Reader), press ⌥⌘-i (option+command-i) and change in this Open With section:

when I "open with" in the Adobe pdf, it goes to full screen and then the screen goes dark!

Sorry, I should have pointed out it has to be done in the Finder.
