I have tried to make a backup for my iphone7, but at the end of the backup process a message appear indicating there are a problem and the backup have not made, "an unknown error have occurred, error 4000", could you give a guide to resolve the problem, I show the image that appear on the screen, thanks in advance.

The first step was update the IOS to the latest version, either the old and the new iphone.
the second step was backuping the content’s old iphone
the third step was restore the content to the new iphone.
