Error 4000

I have tried to make a backup for my iphone7, but at the end of the backup process a message appear indicating there are a problem and the backup have not made, "an unknown error have occurred, error 4000", could you give a guide to resolve the problem, I show the image that appear on the screen, thanks in advance.
