unable to check apple pencil warranty

It came with a one year warranty. Check you purchase receipt for the day you bought it and then you'll know if you are within the warranty period or not.

Your waranty period will be determined by where you purchased your Pencil.

If purchased within the US, Apple provide a one-year waranty. If purchased with within the EU, legislation provides a two-year waranty against the vendor. Other teritories may have differing waranty periods.
