No Acess
On my iPad my country-Zambia-is not included when singing into iTunes and this is difficult for me to sign into iTunes..so how I will sign in since my country is not part of the suggested countries?

You can't, not until if/when Apple open an iTunes Store there (we are fellow users, we won't when that might happen) - and you cannot use another country's store.
