Apple ID disabled

I can not download, update, or make purchases on the apps I have because it says my Apple ID has been disabled. I do not know how this happened.

It came out of nowhere.

Please help

contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
