Bing is back! Feb. 2019

We recently allowed the most recent software update from Apple on our MacBook. Sure enough, Bing has taken over and any searches we do with Google flip over to Bing. Any suggestions? Very annoying!

Thanks for any (simple maybe with photos?) steps we can take to move away from this.

It's a setting in Safari's preferences, just change it to the search engine that you want to use:

And, there is nothing in software updates that would change this setting to Bing by default.
