I phone 7 saying no audio device found

I can’t hear anything when I make a out going call as well as the person on the receiving side of a phone call tried to use Siri that didn’t work also tried to make a video with audio that didn’t work either then tried to make a voice memo an the phone said no audio device found I have nothing blocking the receivers an the phone is clean not sure what to do please help.
